10-team PPR default is 1QB, 2RB, 2WR, 1TE, 1 FLEX, 1 K, 1 DST, 6 bench. Changing the team count reloads that preset. Superflex > 0 switches Sleeper ADP to 2QB. IDP > 0 keeps DL/LB/DB on the board.
